Marius Fabre's palm oil-free, white Marseille soap for the laundry is made with oleic sunflower oil. It is an effective on stains but is gentle enough to use on delicates like silk, satin, lace, baby clothes, scarves etc.

Oldie but goodie

I am from Europe and grew up with this product. It is wonderful and really works. Even on my fresh cut grass stained white jeans. Pre- treated with the soap then washed. Cane out like new. Thank you for carrying so many classic European products, that have been around forever because they do what they are supposed to do!

Marseille Soap for the Laundry

Wow. This generous square of soap, is as lovely as it is efficient at everything I've used it on and for. There is a list so read on! I love that it is the same recipe and company since 1900 and no palm oil! Unbelieveable.

This soap is gentle and It lathers generously and satisfyingly. I've bathed my sensitive skin with it, only because it seemed to do so well with everything else. It was very nice and rinsed off cleanly. My skin did not feel dry. My hands like it for daily use by the sink. It feels so nice that I rid my sink of all other hand soaps.

I've used it to clean a minor WOUND on my horse; again, it rinses easily despite its softness. Perfect.

LINEN I have 2 heirloom French linen tea towels that I use daily. Was worried about washing them in commercial soaps spoiling that organic 200 year old fabric. I am so pleased to be able to have this wonderful Marseille Laundry soap to wash them in! I think the old linen loves it too. ;-)

No artificial ingredients or fragrances, which is wonderful for every reason, but more importantly, my dog ate the first Marseille Soap for Laundry, I bought. She's clean and absolutely fine.

LEATHER! Yes! I have a couple horse bridles and have been suspicious and careful of leather soaps or washes for good reason (but that's another story), and I thought, well, here goes! I'll try it.
